Refund Policy – Ink&Thread Design Studio

At Ink&Thread Design Studio, we take pride in delivering high-quality printing, embroidery, and personalized gifts. Due to the custom nature of our products, we have a strict no refund policy, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors on our part. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Refunds on Custom Orders

❌ All customized and personalized items are non-refundable once production has started. This includes custom prints, embroidery, business cards, stickers, and other made-to-order products.

2. Order Cancellations

🔄 Cancellations are only allowed within 24 hours of payment. After this period, your order is processed, and cancellations are no longer possible.

3. Returns & Replacements

✅ We only accept returns or offer replacements under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong item.

  • There is a manufacturing defect (e.g., misprint, embroidery error, or damaged product upon arrival).

  • The item does not match the approved design proof.

📸 Proof Required: You must provide clear photos of the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order.

📬 Return Process: If eligible, we will arrange for a replacement or store credit. We do not offer cash refunds.

4. Color & Design Disclaimer

⚠️ Colors may vary slightly due to different screen displays and production processes. Minor variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds or replacements.

⚠️ Customers are responsible for ensuring that all designs, spelling, and details are correct before approving final proofs. We are not liable for mistakes in customer-submitted designs.
