3. Customization & Approval

🎨 Design Approval: For custom printing and embroidery, a final proof will be provided for approval before production. Once approved, no further changes can be made.

4. Production & Turnaround Time

🚀 Processing Time: Standard production time varies based on the order size and complexity. Estimated timelines will be provided upon confirmation.
🚚 Delivery & Shipping: We offer local delivery and shipping options. Delivery times depend on the courier service and location. Delays caused by third-party couriers are beyond our control.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

❌ No Returns on Custom Items: Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect.
🔄 Order Cancellation: Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of payment. After production begins, cancellations are not allowed.
📸 Defect Claims: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue for review.
